I will not accept requests that include explicit, offensive content or things I am not comfortable drawing.Restrictions include but are not limited to; NSFW, Furries, and Mecha.REVISIONS
I will provide progress updates and seek feedback throughout the process.Clients may request revisions during the sketch stage.Excessive revisions or revisions after the sketch stage may require additional charges and affect the expected completion date.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
Delivery will depend on commission type and workload (such as the amount of requests received or schoolwork.)The estimated delivery time will be from 1 week to 1 month.
If there are any delays or adjustments I will inform you, the client.You reserve the right to be notified of any delays.USE
Commissioned works are for personal use ONLY unless discussed otherwiseYou may use the commissioned artwork for personal use including but not limited to profile pictures, wallpapers, personal website displays, physical prints, and products that are not for sale or distribution to any other party.Commercial use means the usage on any monetized work (e.g. streams, merchandise, monetized videos.)INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The artist (me) reserves all copyright which includes use for sample (e.g. posting on sites such as Instagram or TikTok).Artist will give proper credit to you for your character design.AI usage is strictly prohibited.
Do not upload my work to any AI sites.
NFT usage is strictly prohibited.You may not claim my work as your own.REFUNDS
Refunds may be requested if the commission has not been started.Once the commission has been started no refunds may be requested unless initiated by the artist.If I am unable to complete the commission on time for personal or health reasons the client may request a full refund.COMMUNICATION
